| Abstract: | Was highlighted importance of using teams in an organization. Also was defined main factors which enable effective teamwork. Were presented types of teams and described differences between them; main features of teamwork were presented: communication, autonomy, synergy. Was analyzed connection between teamwork and productivity of an enterprise. |
