Библиографическое описание: Nazarova G. The essence and peculiarities of the implementation of the concept of flexicurity in Ukraine / G. Nazarova, Yu. Sotnikova, A. Churkin, V. Baliasnyi // Apt. Univ. – 2023. – № 13(4).
Краткий осмотр (реферат): In the article a bibliometric analysis of the use of the term "flexicurity" with the help of VOSviewer and Google trends has been carried out, according to the results of which has been determined that the main body of scientific research is aimed at studying the problems of flexible employment policy in three main projections: within the framework of the institutional approach (the main role in which plays the state as an institution that actively influences the labor market), the anti-crisis approach (implies the implementation of elements of a flexible employment policy as a reaction to crisis phenomena in the economy and the efforts of employers to reduce personnel costs) and within the framework of the corporate approach (which focuses mainly on the needs of employees and implementation of the concept of social responsibility). Modern approaches to the implementation of flexible employment policy in developed countries have been analyzed and summarized in the matrix of flexible employment policy within the framework of the concept of "flexicurity".
