Abstract: The study investigates the impact of implementing distance education and coaching systems on employee knowledge acquisition, skills development, and performance improvement as components of employees’ motivation at the enterprise. It examines the effectiveness of these systems in terms of learning outcomes, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance. Furthermore, the research highlights the importance of evaluation methods and standardized metrics to assess the impact accurately. In addressing the gaps and challenges identified, the article formulates practical recommendations and guidelines for organizations seeking to implement and optimize distance learning and coaching systems. These recommendations include strategies for integrating these systems into existing learning and development frameworks, leveraging technology to enhance engagement and personalization, and ensuring the quality and credibility of online learning content.
