Various digital HR technologies and their impact on human resources processes are explored. Key tools, such as Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Performance Management Software, are discussed, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. Digital HR enhances efficiency, decision-making, and employee experiences through automation and advanced analytics. However, challenges such as high implementation costs, data security risks, and potential depersonalization must be addressed. Emphasizes the importance of adopting digital technologies for attracting and retaining talent and suggests future research areas, including the ethical implications of AI and balancing automation with human interaction.
