| Abstract: | There are peculiarities in the labour motivation of the industry enterprises factory stuff. The research was made to investigate the fundamental factors, which make an influence on the industry enterprises workers’ behaviour. The results of the research of labour motivation controlling factors were analyzed in the article. |
