| Abstract: | In the article urgency of modern higher education development tendencies analysis was proved. Used cause-effect relations allowed allocating and characterizing external influencing factors and the tendencies caused by them. It made possible to explain character of higher school development and both qualitative and quantitative changes in its activity. |
