| Abstract: | In the article the basic levels of hierarchy of management by innovative activity are explored. The are considered six levels – nanolevel, mikrolevel, mezolevel macrolevel, huperlevel and global level. The features of management by innovative activity of mezolevel are explored. Duality of function of region in the innovative system is shown. The value of innovative development of regions in terms of economic integration is certain. |
