| Abstract: | The features of the creative management style as a new form in innovation management are examined. The main components of the creative style — stimulation of creative thinking and the creation of comfortable working conditions — are identified. The significance of creativity for the continuous search for new ideas in a rapidly changing environment is demonstrated. The impact of the creative style on enhancing competitiveness, employee motivation, and organizational adaptability is characterized. The importance of developing technologies for managing creative activities and fostering creative thinking as tools for effective management is emphasized. The role of creativity as a key factor for innovative development and sustainable growth of enterprises is substantiated. |
