Educational innovations in the formation of professional linguistic and communicative competence of a manager in conditions of crisis challenges

Abstract

The article offers a model of using modern innovative interactive methods and methods of active learning in higher education institutions, which encourage future managers to educational and cognitive activity and allow creating an atmosphere of motivated, creative learning and at the same time solving a complex of cognitive, educational, and developmental tasks. The model has been tested in teaching humanitarian disciplines in higher educational institutions of Ukraine of technical and economic profile. The factors of growth of the role of educational innovations in the conditions of crisis challenges, when there is a need for distance online learning, are allocated. Characterized of innovative approaches and features of the use of interactive methods in the teaching of language and humanities in the modern education system. It is emphasized that achieving the goal is possible due to the successful combination of traditional and innovative teaching technologies, since innovative technologies are diversifying and significantly enriching the teaching of disciplines, while traditional work is complemented by intellectual creative search, during which a new type of manager is formed – a creative personality: active and purposeful, focused on constant self-education and development. It is found that one of the main advantages of interactive methods is the approximation of the learning process to the real practical activities of future specialists. Interactive methods contribute to the formation of professional linguistic and communicative competence of the manager in the conditions of intensification and optimization of the educational process, stimulate the active involvement of the student in the educational process, allow solving problems in interaction and communication, teach them to correctly formulate their opinion; analyze the received information; discuss, argue their position; think creatively, be more confident and independent.
