Abstract: The thesis explores the application of UNIT economics as a strategic tool for managing the commercialization of international projects. It highlights how UNIT-based metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and payback period, can support data-driven decision-making, optimize financial planning, and reduce market risks. Emphasis is placed on the adaptability of UNIT economics across diverse markets and its integration with digital analytics platforms. The study also explores practical cases and outlines the challenges of applying standardized economic models in cross-border contexts.
