Abstract

In the article the necessity of management by the emotional flows in the organization with the purpose of increasing its efficiency of the activity is grounded. The notion "emotional flows in the organization" is defined as well as the essence and the approaches to the choice of the methods of management by the emotional flows in organization are formulated.
