Abstract: | The thesis analyzes contemporary models of social and labor relations in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. Four major types of models are examined: the European, Anglo-Saxon, Asian, and Scandinavian. The focus is placed on their specific features, geographical localization, and impact on labor market structures. The study outlines key trends in the transformation of employment under the influence of the gig economy, the expansion of hybrid and remote work, as well as the growing role of employees within organizational structures. Particular attention is given to the importance of social dialogue, ethical responsibility, and increased flexibility of labor relations in response to global challenges and technological progress. |
