Abstract: The thesis explores the integration of e-governance and circular economy principles as a strategic framework for Ukraine’s post-war recovery. Drawing on best practices from the United Kingdom it highlights how digital infrastructure can drive sustainability and resilience. Emphasis is placed on adapting these innovations to Ukraine’s context through platforms like “Diia” and “ProZorro”. The proposed synergy between digital governance and circular economy enables efficient resource use, waste reduction, and community engagement, offering a transformative approach to rebuilding Ukraine on inclusive and sustainable foundations.
