| Abstract: | Розглянуто позиції авторів щодо тлумачення та виокремлення різновидів організаційних змін. На основі аналізу уточнено поняття "організаційні зміни". Рассмотрены позиции авторов относительно толкования и выделения разновидностей организационных изменений. На основе анализа уточнено понятие "организационные изменения". The viewpoints of the authors regarding the interpretation and distinguishing of the types of organizational change are studied. Based on the analysis the category of the organizational change is specified. |
