| Abstract: | This article is devoted to some problems of formation through independent work of students specific qualities of modern specialists they need in the sphere of cross-cultural communication so that they can respond to professional challenges, participate in international projects, work for multinational companies, taking as a basis for their activities the principles of tolerance, empathy, team work which will help them fit into any corporate culture and work effectively. |
