| Abstract: | Публикация посвящена исследованию сущности социальной безопасности предприятия, определению роли доверия в социальной безопасности. Рассмотрены подходы к пониманию сущности социальной безопасности. Исследована сущность доверия, условия и преимущества ее возникновения. Рассмотрена взаимосвязь доверия и социальной безопасности предприятия. Определены направления повышения уровня доверия в организации. The publication is devoted to the study of the essence of the company's social security, determining the role of trust in social security. Approaches to understanding the essence of social security are considered. The essence of trust, conditions and advantages of its origin are investigated. The relationship of trust and social security of the enterprise is considered. The directions of raising the level of trust in the organization are determined. |
