Abstract: | The definition of the concept of human resources is generalized, the meaningful understanding of the competitiveness of human resources, staff, employee from the standpoint of competence approach, abilities is supplemented. The need to invest in staff in order to update their competencies and clarify and acquire the necessary level of competitiveness is considered. The most relevant qualities of employees in the new knowledge-based economy have been identified. The modern competitive advantages of employees, indicators of measuring the competitiveness of employees are determined. The types of staff competencies are highlighted. |
