Abstract: This research examines the efficiency of several techniques of international collaboration in the current global environment, including both problems and possibilities. We analyze data using various statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis.Additionally,we conduct thematic analysis of open-ended survey responses to gain detailed insights into the effects of digitalization, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and joint ventures on economic efficiency and strategic international business practices. Our research shows notable variations in how collaboration strategies are regarded to be successful based on industries, organization sizes, and geographical areas. PPPs are esteemed in industrialized nations' infrastructure sector, whereas digital platforms are preferred in the technology sector, especially in developing economies. Regression study shows that public-private partnerships (PPPs) and digital platforms are linked to greater perceived efficacy than bilateral agreements, particularly among bigger businesses and those in the technology industry. Perceived effectiveness was lower among respondents from developing countries, demonstrating the significance of geographical context. Dealing with the difficulties of international cooperation requires cultural agility, regulatory nimbleness, and the incorporation of technology, as the free-form comments show. The results add valuable practical information to the conversation about global cooperation by showing that digital technology, cultural understanding, and regulatory adaptability are the three most important things that can be done to make international collaboration more efficient and profitable.
