Abstract: | The article presents the results of a study that reveals the essential characteristics of socio-professional conditionality of pedagogical activity and the relevant competence of pedagogical specialists in the context of innovative processes in modern educational environment. Due to the activities of a teacher, the state policy is implemented in creating the intellectual and spiritual potential of a nation, developing national science, technology and culture, preserving and enhancing the cultural heritage and shaping a person of the future. The study presented by the authors concludes that the socio-professional conditionality of teaching profession is a conditioned social phenomenon determined by the specific socio-cultural changes, which set the value and normative guidelines for professional activity. |
