Abstract: | The article highlights the importance of lifelong learning in a company's safety culture. Continuous learning aids employee adaptability, productivity, and performance. Companies that promote this environment experience higher employee satisfaction and retention, leading to reduced turnover costs. Engaged employees are generally more innovative and safer in their practices. Technology, such as digital platforms and gamification, plays a key role in making learning engaging. Integrating lifelong learning into a safety culture equips employees with a dynamic work environment and offers a competitive advantage. |
