Abstract:	Changes in the socioeconomic structure of Ukraine have influenced all the spheres of state management, that is why this article is devoted to the economic relations in the system of state management of higher education in Ukraine. The authors suggest the ways and work out the mechanisms of varied finances. The analysis of main scientific problems in the system of higher education is made in this work.
