Abstract: The article is devoted to exploring the theoretical and practical aspects of risk management in Ukrainian enterprises under martial law. It analyzes the impact of the full-scale invasion and military operations on Ukraine's economy and the activities of business entities, highlighting the losses incurred as a result of threats associated with martial law. The main types of risks faced by enterprises during this period are characterized, along with their influence on performance outcomes and development opportunities. The article reviews tools for risk identification and assessment. Key types of risk management strategies are outlined, and a methodological approach is proposed for selecting the optimal strategy type based on the criteria of probability and the degree of risk impact. The specific features of selecting directions for wartime risk optimization are also discussed.
