| Abstract: | Розглянуто теоретичні основи і проведено аналіз особливостей лістингу цінних паперів на фондовому ринку України. Визначено основні переваги та недоліки здійснення лістингу цінних паперів, обґрунтовано доцільність виходу вітчизняних емітентів на західні фондові ринки, зокрема на Варшавську фондову біржу. The article deals with the theoretical base and the analysis of peculiar features of listing of securities on the stock market of Ukraine. The main advantages and disadvantages of listing of securities, the expediency of entry of domestic issuers on Western stock markets, in particular on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, are considered. |
