The concept and features of integrated business structures in modern conditions of globalization of economic relations are considered. The main reasons and advantages of forming integrated business structures are determined. The reasons for the export and import of foreign direct investment in relation to integrated business structures and the main theories of investment that can be used in their formation and operation. The basic methods of management of integrated business structures in the process of their vital activity in modern conditions are offered.
