Abstract

A method of assessing the quality of education in terms of the use of acquired knowledge in further work, namely the assessment of the production function of the acquired human potential. The metrics that should be used to assess the quality of training of line managers and middle managers are given, and the scale on which the evaluation is carried out is developed. For building a comprehensive performance indicator and scaling it, you can use the computer program developed by the authors, which is available for debugging if necessary.
