Abstract

Modern economic terms in Ukraine produce the special requirements to activity of higher educational establishments. The indexes of efficiency of activity and management, which provide the competitiveness of institute of higher education, become actual. The necessity of construction of the system of management of quality, forming of the complex system of indexes and organization of process of controlling management by activity of higher educational establishments is grounded in the article. The questions of providing of quality of activity are considered on the example of the Kharkov university of humanities "People’s Ukrainian Academy".
