Analysis of the external environment of organized youth movements

Abstract

The features of carrying out transformational social changes aimed at the development of youth public organizations under the influence of strategic management tools and methods and systematic definition of the goal and rational development of the results of its achievement with the effective use of resources based on constant interaction with civil society institutions are considered. The stages of conducting an analysis of the external environment of civil society institutions regarding their impact on the state of youth public organizations and the level of implementation are investigated. The basis of the communication policy of youth public organizations and business regarding the formation of events that are carried out by its members while simultaneously familiarizing themselves with the strategic guidelines of the youth organization through the website or social networks is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of the interaction of youth public organizations with various civil society institutions in the context of strategic management and expanding access to information with effective development in the process of achieving common goals and exchanging existing experience and expanding knowledge and increasing mobility in the implementation of common tasks are identified. The strengths and weaknesses of the organized movement, opportunities and obstacles to development in implementing a strategy of interaction with civil society institutions aimed at attracting youth and creating a favorable environment for youth with an effective model of strategic management of the youth public organizations development were investigated.
