Abstract

Розкрито сучасні теоретичні підходи до визначення сутності трудового потенціалу та основні підходи до економічної природи категорії "трудовий потенціал". Проведено аналіз визначення авторами поняття "трудовий потенціал" з різних позицій. Узагальнено необхідність розвитку трудового потенціалу та найбільш повне визначення терміна "трудовий потенціал"

This article reveals the modern theoretical approaches to determining the nature of employment and potential approaches to the economic nature of the category of "employment potential". An analysis by the authors defines the term "employment potential" from different perspectives of the authors. A summary report on the need for the development of labor potential and most complete definition of "employment potential" is given
