Методика диагностики проблемной ситуации на малом предприятии производственного типа

Abstract

In the given article the complex technique of diagnosing the problem situations impeding the development of a small industrial enterprise considered as an object of development management is submitted. The general model of the development problem is structured and formalized. The mechanism of construction and realization of formal system is offered on the basis of judgements analysis and defining the parameters of relative importance of the revealed original causes of each problem. Thus original causes are considered as the basic means of the problems’ decision.
