Обучение как фактор повышения интеллектуального уровня персонала организации

Abstract

The author reviews and analyses the existing methods of organization personnel’s training, their advantages and disadvantages, possibility of their application in modern Ukrainian business. The paper discusses the necessity of increasing the intellectual level of the personnel, developing their knowledge, skills and experience by means of training and transference of the knowledge. Special attention is paid to the personnel as one of the main competition advantages of the organization.
