Abstract

One of the most important problems of enterprise management is the problem of forming an organizational structure of management, answering the purposes and strategy of an enterprise. The analysis of this structure in terms of the strategy fulfilment should be aimed at defining to what extent an existing organizational structure can promote the strategy realization and at what levels of an organizational structure the problem to be solved should be carried out.
