The impact of labor market dynamics on workforce mobility

Abstract

Effective restoration of the social and labor sphere is the basis for the formation of national leadership, reducing the level of social tension and conflict in the post-war society, which, in turn, will contribute to reducing excessive spending on security and reducing the level of criminalization. The implementation of targeted programs for creating jobs for youth, both during the war and immediately after the establishment of peace, requires special attention. The paper examines the impact of labor market indicators on labor mobility and studies their dynamics. The directions of state policy for the formation and implementation of effective mechanisms for managing labor mobility, which reflects the ability and willingness of the labor force to adapt to changes by moving to other areas or places of employment, are determined.
