Abstract

Problems of economical effectiveness theory have been analysed in the article. The attention is paid to the influence of business environment on the project efficiency, where investments take place. The solution of building the stochastic influencing model of internal and external environments on the index of net reduced efficiency under conditions of small sample is offered.
