Оrganization of distance learning in english for students of non-linguistic specialties

Abstract

The abstracts examine the features and challenges of organizing distance learning in English for students of non-linguistic specialties. Key characteristics of distance education, such as flexibility, adaptability, and modularity, are defined. Special attention is paid to the changing role of the teacher, who becomes a coordinator of the educational process, and the importance of using modern information and communication technologies. Recommendations for increasing the efficiency of foreign language learning in a distance format are provided.
