Abstract

The publication is devoted to urgent questions of social partnership at an enterprise: additional pensions, medical insurance of the personnel, granting the credits within the socio-economic programs of enterprise development. Advantages and shortcomings of the existing forms of pension provision in Ukraine and aboard are considered, analysed and determined. The approximate economic and mathematical model of dependence of the industrial enterprise total profit upon additional stimulation of personnel’s work by means of opening the individual pension accounts is developed.
