Abstract

The problem of inadequacy of the professional training level to the society needs is very actual nowadays, that is why the role of science, education and self-education (that should have prognostic, forestalling character) is very important. This article is dedicated to the analysis of outer testing as the estimation of not only the specific knowledge and skills, but also individual life competence.
