A system model adequate to the real object is developed. It’s needed for estimation of level of accordance of structures of enterprise activity general system types for its purpose of functioning. The coefficients of system accordance and attendees of private structures to the generalized system structure and purpose of functioning for estimation are used here. Scales and criteria for the expert evaluation are offered too
