Формування інституціонального середовища в процесі трансформації відносин власності

Abstract

Dialectics of correlation of economic relations and legal regulations is investigated. Legislation practice aimed at privatization which took place in Ukraine in 1990s is summarized and theoretically estimated. The author’s concept of the content of such category as basis expansion of market transformation under conditions of transition economy is proposed. This category as a term is introduced for the first time. The role of legislation as a necessary element of economic relations rationing is examined. The necessity of adequate reflection of new elements of economic relations as an essential condition of achieving results in reforming property relations by the law is proved. Conceptual approaches are defined and proposals for further solution of the stated problems are suggested.
