Розглянуто сутність поняття "система стимулювання" та його особливості. Розкрито проблеми функціонування системи стимулювання праці та наведено шляхи їх розв'язання.The essence of the concept "System of stimulation" and its features are considered. The problems of functioning of the system of stimulation of labour are exposed and the ways of their decision are presented.
