Abstract

The article represents the term "tax administrating", "administrating taxes", "fiscal administrating". As well the article analyses the work of tax boards and their aims due to financial and administrative laws; the categorical term of "tax administrating" as methods and ways for fiscal parameters, conditions and accumulations of moving, financial resources distribution and redistribution as the result of main tax participants cooperation-state, taxpayer and tax organs.
