Safe and productive digital workplace: eco-ergonomic principles of organisation

Abstract

This research developed a strategy for creating digital workplaces based on eco-ergonomic principles, using the “Work 4.0” concept as a foundation. It proposed a model for digital workplace organisation that integrates digital tools with updated ergonomic and safety standards. The study highlighted how digitalisation transforms work processes and enhances company safety culture, enabling more flexible, mobile, and safe working conditions.
