Analyses of current trends in digital transformation of enterprises

Abstract

The theses consider the main directions and trends of digital transformation of enterprises in the context of dynamic economic development and global challenges. The key factors that stimulate the digitalization of business processes have been analyzed, in particular the introduction of innovative technologies, automation of management functions and integration of digital platforms into the activities of enterprises. The advantages of digital transformation have been identified, including increased operational efficiency, increased competitiveness and the formation of new business models. Special attention has been paid to the challenges that accompany digitalization - high investment costs, personnel risks and the need to form digital competencies of personnel. The conclusion is made about the importance of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy as a prerequisite for sustainable development of enterprises.
