dc.description.abstract	The essence and definition of the concept of digitalization are clarified. The latest trends in the development of HR Digital in the near future are substantiated. The influence of changes in business and human resources management on the development of HR - Digital and the possibility of introducing the latest technologies at domestic enterprises in the field of HR are evaluated. The comparative characteristics of the current HR model and digital HR are analyzed. The steps and principles for moving from regular HR management to Digital HR are outlined.
