Abstract

The economic development of leading contries specifies the displacement of industrial society by information. That's why such categories as "personnel management", "human capital", "social management" and "knowledge management", are very important for the society. These concepts and their main features, that must be taken into account while carring out personnel management at the enterprises are studied in the article.
