Abstract

The basic political institutions and functions of the state have been researched. The role of law in the regulation of social relations has been studied. A brief characteristic of basic branches of law has been given. The law sources and the elements of the legislation system of Ukraine have been classified. The basics of legal regulation of civil, family, labor relations and ways to protect them have been presented. Each theme is followed by test questions for self-assessment and a practical task. For students of subject area 0306 "Management and Administration", postgraduate students and university lecturers.
