Abstract

In the article theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of management by activity of commands are considered. The purpose of the given research is specification of theoretical and methodical preconditions and development of theoretical bases of finding out essence and the maintenance of concept "command", definition of its differences from working groups, definition of sphere of their use and the order of transformation of working group into a command.
