Abstract

The article devoted to the analysis of the category «labour potential» Four main scientific approaches to the «labor potential» definition are distinguished by the author. A new definition of the term «labor potential» is suggested and grounded in the article. Its peculiarity is understanding this category as system comprising the process of work, the subject of work, the means of work, the result of work and the worker.
