Abstract

The features of the using of digital technologies in HR management have been considered in the article. A comparison of the most popular HR-employee collaboration platforms in the workflows has been compared. The analysis of the interface and the possibility of using the platform from Hurma Systems in the HR management system have been conducted, its advantages have been determined.
