dc.description.abstract	The article highlights the theoretical aspects of digital transformation, and also provides an algorithm for the transformation process of digital technologies in trade. Theoretical approaches and possibilities of digital marketing technologies in the field of trade are summarized. The main areas of influence of digital technologies on the activities of trading companies are systematized. Risks and certain financial and material losses associated with digital technologies in trade are highlighted.
