Economic law : work program for educational discipline (syllabus) for Bachelor’s (first) degree students of all specialty of all educational programs

Abstract

An abstract of the academic discipline is submitted, which defines the relevance, purpose, tasks of the academic discipline, the subject of studying economic law, the characteristics of the discipline and the structural and logical scheme of the study of the discipline, as well as the competences and results of training in the discipline. The program of the academic discipline is presented, which discloses a list of topics and main issues that will be considered during the study of the discipline. The methods of learning and teaching, the procedure for evaluating learning results and the distribution of points during the entire period of studying the material are defined, as well as a list of recommended literature is given. Recommended for students of all specialties of all educational programs of the first (bachelor) level.
